This Week in Porn.

Last Friday, before meeting my friends for dinner, I passed by the magazine shop to see if any new porn has arrived. From the selection of what had just arrived, I bought Freshmen’s July 2006 issue. On the cover of the magazine is its 2006 Freshman of the Year (FOTY), Roman Heart.

Roman Heart is a fine specimen of a man. He has the fine combination of a boyish face and a bulky build. I like his torso and his nipples. His dick isn’t long but it is thick enough to hurt my ass. I didn’t much like the photos printed in the magazine. The pictures didn’t quite showcase the physical beauty of Roman and they were not quite jack-off material.

Also enjoyable in this issue was the other nine models beaten by Roman Heart to the title of FOTY. My personal favorites from among them (these losers, ha ha) are Jeremy East, Danny Saradon and Brandon Manilow.

Also a must-see is the featured model Jake.

After gym last Saturday, I picked up my VCD copies of Bel Ami’s two latest releases, Out in Africa 1 and Flings 2. I haven’t seen the entirety of Out in Africa 1 so I will save my review for later.

Flings 2 is a standard suck and fuck movie from Bel Ami. There is nothing new to be seen in this film. If you still haven’t noticed, if you’ve seen one Bel Ami movie, you’ve seen them all. George Duroy is merely repeating the scenes he has shot before. More lamentably, Mark Stevens is repeating what Duroy has shot and re-shot before. This film is no exception.

However, if you are like me who cannot get enough of certain Bel Ami models, then this video is something to watch. Most especially, if you crave for Brandon Manilow (see my blog entitled “Must Blow 01”) or Renato Amoroso (see my blog entry, “Must Blow 09”).

The must-watch segment in this film is the opening fuckfest between Brandon Manilow, Tommy Hansen and the Lautrec twins. Brandon tops one of the twins while Tommy bottoms for the other. I really love Brandon Manilow. After Max Orloff/Pavel Novotny, I think he is the best top in porn today. He has a natural rhythm when he fucks another guy --- whether in his mouth or up the ass. His movements and expressions are so orgasmic. He showcases his talent in about three scenes in this film.

My personal favorite, however, is the one with Renato Amoroso and Richie Tyler. The scene starts with Renato being caught by Richie in the toilet, masturbating (to photos of Ethan Clarke). Richie leads Renato to the bedroom. They jack-off. But it is quickly obvious that what Richie really wanted to do was put Renato’s long, thick and yummy dick in his mouth. Renato does not object. After he is sucked by Richie, Renato returns the favor.

After the standard sucking, Renato enters Richie from behind. He fucks and fucks and fucks him. I watched them intently. They change to another position and then try out another. Still, I watched, aroused and continued to touch myself (What do you think I was doing all the time that I was watching???). After a few more minutes, I came and my semen was splashed on my tummy and chest. And what do you know? Renato is still fucking Richie and it must have already been their seventh fucking position!!! They are both sweating profusely and breathing heavily (noticeably not from pleasure but from exhaustion). I look at the video counter and the scene has been playing for about 25 minutes. Twenty-five minutes!!!!! Twenty-five minutes and Renato still hasn’t had orgasm. Amazing. His stamina and ability to hold his cum that long astounded me. My, what a fucking stallion!!!

Verdict: Entire Film – 3 stars (high of 5 stars)
Opening Scene between Manilow, Hansen and the twins – 3 ½ stars
Renato Amoroso’s performance – 4 ½ stars.

Final Word: If Renato Amoroso isn’t recognized by GAYVN for this performance, there is no justice in the world. Sadly, not even in the porn world.

After the Storm.

I am writing this now in the anticipation that internet services will be resuming soon. I will just cut and paste once I can access my blogspot account.

Metro Manila and certain areas in the Philippines are steel reeling from the aftermath of typhoon Milenyo. Milenyo was a strong typhoon and it left the country as fast as it came inside the archipelago.

I first learned of the typhoon during a client meeting in the evening of Wednesday September 27, 2006. He saw a report at CNN that a supertyphoon was building up and was due to hit the Philippines the following day. In anticipation of the coming typhoon, classes in the elementary and secondary levels in the National Capital Region and in nearby provinces (including Bataan, Bulacan, Rizal and Cavite) were already declared suspended. When I reached home that night, I saw on the news that storm signal in NCR was already raised to Signal No. 1. I woke up early the following day, Thursday, to learn that Signal No. 3 had already been declared. Classes in the college level had also been suspended as well as work in all government offices. The cancellation of work in government offices meant that my two court hearings set in Manila (morning) and at the Sandiganbayan (afternoon) would not push through. I decided to stay home. Although I was tempted to go to the gym since there wasn’t much rain in our area (around 8 am), I decided instead to continue reading my book (Milan Kundera’s The Joke). I soon learned that it was a very wise decision.

After our family had lunch (everyone decided to stay home), it became clear to us that Milenyo was at that time passing by our area. The wind was so strong you could hear it howling. My nephews were amused by the typhoon not only because classes were suspended but more because of the young trees that were being uprooted and blown about fifty meters from where it used to stand. From my room in the second floor of the house, we watched as the roof of our neighbor and our own garage battled with the wind and try to stay put. Unluckily, a portion of the roof of our garage was also blown away by the wind. The trees in the open spaces in the subdivision swayed and thrashed violently that their branches and crown touched and swept the pavements. My nephews jokingly referred to them as whomping willows, obviously alluding to the violent and moving tree from one of the Harry Potter movies.

The sky outside was dark. The wind was roaring and the rain was furious. Electricity and telephone lines were shut down. Blackout. Electricity in our area would not be restored until before 7 pm.

In the middle of the storm, I received a personal bad news. Claire called to inform me that we could not push through with our planned vacation in Boracay. A relative called their house earlier that day to inform them that her grandmother was brought to the hospital for an emergency. Her condition was critical (kidney problem) and unstable and the doctor advised family members to stay close. She is already 78 and the end for her might be near.

I tried to feel bad for Claire and her family but I haven’t met this grandmother. She comes from Claire’s father’s side and they weren’t close. I tried to reassure Claire that things will get better but I know that she read the disappointment from my voice. A disappointment that was meant for myself and not her grandmother.

We were supposed to go to Boracay from October 05 to 08 and then to Cebu on October 09 and 10. It was a vacation that was meant for only the two of us. I have already informed the office and filed my leave of absence. Claire and I occasionally go on vacation. Being former lovers with deep-seated feelings for each other, we try to go to vacations together. She knows that she is still the girl I would marry if and when I decide to and I know that she would say yes if I ask her. My disappointment was boundless.

I watched the late news Thursday night to get information on how bad the typhoon hit the country. A giant billboard along EDSA collapsed, causing the death of one motorist and the damage of about 5 vehicles. Fifteen billboards likewise collapsed along the South Luzon Expressway, causing immeasurable damage to property. A lot of electric posts fell, thereby causing massive blackout in Metro Manila. After the typhoon, only about 5% of the metropolitan area had electricity. Meralco was not optimistic that full electric supply will be made available to the area within the week. The Bicol region was experiencing total blackout. A lot of cars became victims to fallen posts and trees, were soaked in floods and were washed away by even stronger floods. Even container vans and ten-wheeler trucks plying the roads were overturned by the wind. In a nearby province, about 50 people were drowned in a flood when the land they were standing on as they watched the flood wash away furniture, pets and vehicles, likewise collapsed. Classes in all levels and in the government remained suspended the following day.

-----oOo-----

Friday, I decided not to report for work. After taking an early lunch, I packed my things and headed for the gym. There was yet no electricity in the Greenhills branch. Upon my inquiry, I learned that the Quezon City branch was closed as it didn’t have electricity as well. I was advised to go to Libis where the gym was open but I decided to proceed to Makati. I passed by the office to get some files that I would be needing for my hearings scheduled the following Monday and Tuesday.

After gym, I had dinner with friends. We met really late and we decided to eat Japanese food in Paseo de Roxas. Afterwards, we had tea at Coffee Bean in Greenbelt 3. We had the usual exchange of stories of where we were during the typhoon, what we did instead, how some of us were caught in intolerable traffic, and when electricity was restored in our respective communities.

All the bad things that happened the previous day seemed to have been compensated by my sighting of male model Will Devaughn. I saw him enter the café and in the middle of listening to my friends’ banters. I stole glances at where he stood. I have a man-crush on Will Devaughn (what a nice name too) and I have stayed up late a number of nights watching his smile and pa-cute in his show Men’s Room. He has been named in Cosmopolitan magazine’s hottest hunks/centerfold twice (2005 & 2006) but the photos that the magazine published did not do him justice (the recent 2006 edition accompanies this blog).

I instantly recognized Will the moment he entered the café but I don’t think a lot of people knew him. I looked around whether the girls were looking at him but they were oblivious to his presence. I couldn’t blame them. Will’s show airs at around 11 or 12 in the evening and most of these people are either already asleep or in Starbucks drinking coffee (where there is no TV) so they might not even know that this guy is on TV. Likewise, seeing Will in person, it appears that he did not have that “wow” factor. Waters did not actually part when he entered the shop.

Notes on how Will Devaughn looks in person: (1) he has a lean, nice body that suits his height; (2) I don’t think he stands taller than 5’9”; (3) he has attractive, bushy eyebrows; (4) he has a nice smile with a perfect set of teeth; and (4) his head looks big. I mean, really, really big. Still, he is sexy and I can’t wait to spend a night with him.
